It’s Fall Y’all, 2020

Hannah and I took Violet to ride the “Neigh neighs” at Thanksgiving Point one day. Not too many people there so she got to ride twice. She loved it so much!

Fall is my favorite season because the weather is cooler and the world all around is glorious! Covid is still rearing it’s ugly head and more and more people are getting it. It seems like most people that get it have very light symptoms and the survival rate is very high. We are so sad for those who have gotten it and especially those who have died from it. In our family, Keith Nannie got it and was hospitalized for about 5 days but is doing great now.  Our granddaughter, Becca, has it currently.  She has mild symptoms and is a college student at Weber State.  Seems like a lot of young people in college are getting it.  We are still being careful to social distance, wear masks and avoid large crowds. It’s getting so old!

We had some visitors stop by one day for lunch; Bob, Melissa, their girls and new grand baby, Charlie. Bob, Melissa, Marin, and Sophie are traveling the U.S. for a year in a 15 passenger van pulling a 24’ camper! They have been gone about two-three months so far and are having amazing adventures!

Our chickens now live at our neighbor's house (the Finkens) who own all the goats. They are so happy to have so much space to roam and we are happy they are still close by and we can visit them.

One Sunday night after dinner, we all walked over to see the goats and chickens. The goats can be so funny.

Eric and I tried axe throwing and I was surprised how fun it was. What a great way to get out your frustrations.
