May 2017 Adventure Part 4, Visiting Steve's famly in Atlanta

Kathy drove us to Steve and Jenny's house in Kennesaw, Georgia where we started out having dinner with their sister missionaries.  Kathy spent the night and then headed home on Friday morning.  We had a fun day visiting Eli's school and having lunch with him.  He was so happy to have his grandparents there!

The highlight of our trip was going with Steve's family to watch the Atlanta Braves play baseball in their brand new stadium which is right across the street from Steve's office. In fact, we parked in his parking garage and walked across to the game!

The Braves won so everyone was happy!  Another highlight was being there for Steve's birthday and a Reese's peanut butter birthday cake! 

He chose to eat pizza for his birthday dinner at the Mellow Mushroom.  We had a fun time!
We attended church on Sunday and had a very nice, relaxing day with them.  We enjoyed burgers and homemade milkshakes for dinner.  Monday morning, Steve dropped us off at the airport where we flew to Philadelphia to begin our adventure with Melecia's family!
