Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and Mike's Surgery 2016

We got invited to spend Christmas Eve with our friends the Prestwich family.  We had delicious steaks, salad, potatoes, and lots of other yummy things!

After church and opening our presents, we headed to Ryan and Ali's for Christmas afternoon and spent the night there with them.  It was fun to have Ali's parents, Don and Sue Lindberg, there as well.

 Our delicious Christmas feast!

Eric and I had a fun Denver day where we went to Cherry Creek Mall, ate at a fun burger place by Union Station, and went to a funky art museum that he loved.  It was a fun day!

Mike has been suffering for many years with severe shoulder pain and arthritis.  He finally decided to see a doctor and they decided it would be best for him to get a new shoulder!  He was a fantastic patient, had a great doctor, had a fantastic surgery and recovery with very little pain (thanks in large part to a wonderful ice machine)! We are both so happy he had it done!

Just a pretty crane wading in our creek!
