We had a wonderful family hike on Lumber Pine Trail just a few minutes from our house, complete with amazing iphone 7 family pictures taken with a timer on Eric's camera propped up on a backpack on the hood of a car! Pure genius!
Fun in the day and in the night time too!
We had a great time and we love our family so much! We missed having Melecia and Steven's families with us but are so happy we got to see them in our travels in May!
Leaving this happy bunch on Monday was one of the hardest things ever. We hugged and kissed each sweet little face goodbye for 18 months and headed out the door for the airport with Eric as our chauffeur. These cuties ran outside for one last wave and they were singing "I Hope They Call Me on a Mission" as we drove past. Talk about heart wrenching! We know we are needed in Brazil or we could never have said goodbye!!
