Moore Fun in San Francisco, August 2012

We left Paul and Joni's house early Monday morning, August 27, and started our drive to San Francisco.  We missed a turn about 1/2 hour outside of their place and we went through some beautiful, curvy forest roads and added a bit of time onto our trip.  We made it there in fairly good time even with the detour and were excited to see the Bay Bridge and San Francisco off to the right!

Telegraph Hill

The first thing we did was to eat clam chowder in sourdough bread bowls at the famous
Boudin Sourdough Bread Company on Fisherman's Wharf

The Sights and Sounds of Fisherman's Wharf

Next stop Ghiradelli's where we got a hot fudge sundae to share down by the water.  Behind Mike you can see up the street where our apartment was.  It was perfect!

The view from outside our apartment down to the sea and across the street to the pretty row houses.  What a treat to be in San Francisco without a care or worry to our names.  (At least we put them out of our minds for a few days of bliss.)
