Christmas Eve 2009

This is segment 3 of Christmas 2009 with the Moore's! There are a couple of moore segments to go after this one, so hopefully you'll keep coming back for moore! Our Christmas Eve dinner consisted of baked ham, funeral potatoes, green beans with bacon, yams, deviled eggs, strawberry pretzel salad (compliments of Ali), and rolls--oh, wait, I forgot to make the rolls!! Oh well, no one seemed to mind and everything turned out delicious. The Martinelli's is always a big hit.

Finishing up our feast. Mia spending some time with Uncle Eric.

We had a nice little program and everyone who wanted to, shared something. Here are Mike and Eric playing a piano duet. Hannah and Jaimee also played the duet they were practicing earlier.

Enjoying the entertainment and the pets.

Ryan sang his original Christmas song from a couple of years ago. Very funny and we all had a good laugh.

Tyler, Todd, and Mike doing a little rendition of Baby, It's Cold Outside!

Some of our cute couples enjoying the music.

The four of us discovered that we can do four-part harmony pretty well together. Earlier in the week, we took cookies to our neighbors and caroled for them and decided to try the harmony for them. We were pleasantly surprised at the outcome. We tried it again for the family and I think they thought we were pretty good too!

Mike doing the traditional reading of "The Night Before Christmas." We also watched a Christ-centered video when we were all done with our festivities. It was called, "Do you have room for the Savior?" It was really beautiful and brought a very sweet feeling into our night.

Such a great group of happy people!

Opening Christmas Eve jammies. All the girls got Victoria Secret gifts....ooo, la, la!

Ahhh....Victoria Secret sweats!
Here's our little Christmas kitty, Lucy. She was the best Christmas present we could have gotten. I have to admit, having so many family members here was an awesome present as well!
Still Moore to come......
