After Carter's baptism, we went to Temple Square to show Chelsy some of the sights there.  It was fun visiting with someone who had never been there before.  We met a lot of nice young sister missionaries who were very happy to answer questions and show us whatever we wanted to see.

Marriah Brasga lives a couple of blocks away so she came and joined us for a little while.  She got engaged  later that night!!  Congrats to Marriah and Chuck.
We don't have too many more times when we can do things like this before Eric will be leaving for two years for his mission.  It was nice to be together.  After touring temple square we went to the Lion House and had some hot rolls with honey butter, and ran into Amanda Peck, who used to be in our ward when she was a young girl.  Her parents were our good friends and her mom, Debra, recently passed away from an illness that she had been fighting for a long time.  It was good to see Amanda again.  We headed back to Tyler and Jaimee's house for some pizza and then the kids all went to a movie and Mike and I stayed with Sophie.
