Moore Fun in San Antonio, Oct. 31-Nov. 6, 2012

We spent a few days in Texas with these sweet little gals (and their mom's and dad's).  We spent a couple of nights at each of their homes, but we did most everything together.  We went out to eat, went to a fun local rodeo, but mostly just had fun being together.

Ali's mom, Sue, took Ali, Sadie, Mike and I to Boerne, Texas where we had great fun feeding the ducks, and shopping around in the cute little shops in town.

Kirana Jean Griffith was blessed while we were there.  It was such a special time for us to be able to be there with them. She is a darling, precious little girl!

Sadie is darling and quite a little ham.  She loves to follow Mia around like her little shadow and she loves to go to "Justin's house."

My dear friend, Kym, from Austin, Texas

Our last night there, we went to this outdoor burger restaurant with a fun playground out back and a dance floor.  Here are Ali and Ryan kicking up their heels.

When we got home, this beautiful white Iris was blooming in our front flower bed.  It was such a lovely sight and so unusual for November to have an Iris in full bloom.  I took it as a sign of peace and well-being.  It's always good to go away, but oh so nice to come home too.
