| For Christmas, Mike's big present to me was a solo trip to California to visit Nancy. I decided to take advantage of it and go in March. It wasn't the warmest time to go, but we still bundled up just about every day and went to the beach either to walk or sit and read! It was so relaxing and just what I needed to rejuvenate my wintry soul! Oh, and his present included a massage, so we went to a nice place and took advantage of some 2fers that Nancy got online. We enjoyed ourselves a lot. After our massages, we got some take out and went home to watch a movie. Very fun first day of my vacation! |

| We ate lunch one day at Ruby's at the end of the Huntington Beach Pier. So delish! |

| One day we met Valerie and Miga in Seal Beach for lunch at the Chipotle where Alfredo works. Kailea was so happy and excited when she saw her daddy! We had such a fun visit and even did some shopping at Home Goods--a favorite of all of ours! |

| A few other things that we did were: Family dinner with all of Nancy's local kids and their families--only one missing was Adam and his gang Trip to San Diego to visit Marissa and her family and tour model homes Roadshows and In N Out! RS Birthday Dinner--fun to see Nancy in action as RS President in her ward Such a fun trip! Thanks, Nancy for everything. Thanks, Dale for sharing her with me, and thanks, Mike for a wonderful Christmas present!! |

Looks like a great trip. There is something magically about California to me. Glad you were able to spend time with your sister and family. What a great gift!
